Cllr Frank Bradfield

Frank was first elected to Conwy County Borough Council in 2012.  He previously worked in London for the Cooperative Insurance Society, gladly accepting a transfer to Colwyn Bay.  In 1997 Frank and his wife Margaret bought a family hotel in Llandudno, which they ran for ten years.

Frank has always had a strong interest in helping people and joined the Citizens Advice Bureau as a volunteer adviser in 2007, work that he still enjoys.  In 2009 he founded the group Grandparents Apart Wales aimed at supporting grandparents to retain access to grandchildren on marriage breakup.

During 2015 Frank served as the Mayor of Llandudno.  Last year he was selected as the council’s Disability Champion, promoting the concerns and needs of those who are less able throughout the county.
